Noelle Meehan, RHIA

Account Manager

Noelle Meehan is an Account Manager at Point-of-Care Partners (POCP). She has 15 years of experience working in Healthcare and Health IT. Prior to entering the Health IT field, Noelle worked on the clinical side as a Certified Surgical Technologist. Although she has a passion for the operating room, she made a career turn and entered Health IT to continue her passion for helping patients via the IT space.  

Noelle worked with the Greater Houston area health information exchange where she managed HIE integrations, Social Determinants of Health initiatives, and EHR workflow training. During her time with the HIE she spearheaded the COVID-19 Vaccine Monitoring project (STAR HIE) alongside the Office of the National Coordinator to strengthen and expand collaboration between public health agencies and health information exchanges during public health emergencies and pandemics.  

Noelle received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and earned her Master of Science in Health Informatics Administration from the University of Maryland, where she ultimately earned the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential.  

Noelle is passionate about suicide prevention and mental health advocacy. She has worked with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for the past 10 years to help prevent suicide and raise suicide awareness.  

Noelle can usually be found with an iced coffee in hand cheering on her daughters from the soccer field sideline. She is working on improving her green thumb and sports photography.
