
As General Manager of Point-of-Care Partners’ (POCP) Payer, Provider & Technology (PP&T) Business Unit, Benjamin Heck leads the strategic direction, growth, and delivery of consulting services that help healthcare organizations navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape. With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership and consulting experience, Benjamin has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, fostering trusted executive relationships, and helping organizations navigate periods of significant change. He brings deep expertise in business strategy, practice development, client engagement, and large-scale healthcare technology transformation.
Before joining POCP, Benjamin served as Senior Vice President of Citius Healthcare Consulting at CitiusTech, where he led an $80 million global consulting practice across payer, provider, and life sciences markets. Previously, he spent more than 14 years at Change Healthcare, ultimately serving as President of Change Healthcare Consulting, where he helped drive the firm’s growth and led teams that earned multiple Best in KLAS® recognitions for payer IT consulting services. Earlier in his career, Benjamin co-founded boutique consulting firm HTMS before its acquisition by Emdeon and held IT and operations leadership roles within health plans, providing firsthand insight into the business and technology challenges healthcare organizations face every day.
Benjamin earned both his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and his Master of Healthcare Administration from Indiana University. He lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife and their three dogs (he promises he isn’t crazy). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether golfing or hiking.
