Mid-Senior Level Account Manager (Life Sciences)

POCP is looking for a full-time mid-senior level account manager for our Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have agency account management experience with a specific focus on health IT, healthcare, or life sciences. The person in this role will collaborate with staff, subject matter experts and freelancers and provide ongoing guidance to the project team regarding items including but not limited to structure, scope of content, technology requirements, art and design, and development needs of the project to ensure product marketing and creative goals are met.

Health IT Marketing Manager (Contract position)

The Health IT Marketing Manager will work alongside the Marketing lead/director to support POCP marketing activities such as social media, content development, website updates, webinar planning/promotion, email marketing, etc. In addition to supporting general POCP marketing, this individual will help support key client projects in a communications capacity. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years marketing experience,  strong writing abilities and be a self-starter . Knowledge of the health IT ecosystem is a major plus.

Talent Acquisition & Management Manager (Contract position)

POCP is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Management Manager. The person who fills this role will begin as contract or fractional (~20 hrs/week initially). This role will be responsible for the organization’s efforts to recruit new distributed/virtual team members and manage a bench of domain experts in different healthcare IT subject matters in addition to creative talent including free-lancer writers, editors and designers experienced in working for pharma marketing agencies.

Freelance Medical Copywriter (Contract position)

POCP is looking for a part-time to full-time contracted freelance Medical Writer to support its bio-pharmaceutical clients on a project basis. The Medical Writer will work closely with the account teams and subject matter experts to take electronic health record (EHR) subject matter content, produce outlines, and manuscripts with creative execution direction using pithy language and guidance for images to break-up text. Typical deliverables include both internal training pieces for our biopharma clients and external pharma customer facing deliverables. Typical deliverables include EHR Training Guides/Modules, PowerPoint Presentations, EHR Guides for practices, EHR Reference tools for field teams, and internal pharma emails. The Medical Writer will assist with planning, producing, analyzing, and revising written content. Work will be performed remotely.
