Meet Our RRC Team
Kim Boyd
As RRC Lead, Kim works closely with POCP’s regulatory team to develop innovative regulatory solutions and educate stakeholders about the evolving regulatory landscape and the availability of new solutions. She also co-edits the Interoperability Outlook subscription service. Kim has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare. She specializes in health care policy, market intelligence, strategic planning, interoperability, HIT and standards. Over her career, Kim has developed and executed on Federal and state healthcare policy, legislative and regulatory advocacy, stakeholder and industry engagement, and standards engagement across several healthcare priorities. Kim is also on the NCPDP Board of Trustees, is Co-Chair of NCPDP’s Strategic Planning Committee and the use case coordinator for the Prior Authorization in Oncology Use Case in the HL7 Accelerator CodeX.
Anthony J (Tony) Schueth, MS
A 25-year healthcare veteran, Tony Schueth is an expert in HIT, in general, and one of the nation’s foremost experts in ePrescribing and eMedication Management. Tony has led numerous transformative industry initiatives and also been instrumental in advancing industry adoption of electronic prior authorization and specialty pharmacy ePrescribing through leadership roles at NCPDP. As CEO and Managing Partner of Point-of-Care Partners and interim Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of the ePrescribing State Law Review, ePA State Navigator and ePrescribing State Law On-Demand, Tony brings a 360 degree view of health IT to POCP’s Regulatory Resource Center and its clients.
Michelle Soble, R.Ph., MBA
For the last 20 years, Michelle Soble has been instrumental in advancing patient care and the pharmacy profession through senior health IT, clinical and leadership roles that have allowed her to leverage her training as a clinical pharmacist and healthcare services professional with an MBA focused in Healthcare Management. As co-editor of the ePrescribing State Law Review, ePA State Navigator and ePrescribing State Law On-Demand, Michelle researches, evaluates and interprets health care regulations and statutes as they relate to health IT applications. Prior to joining POCP, Michelle was Sr. Product Director, then Principle Pharmacist for DrFirst.
Keith Fisher, MS, RPh
Keith Fisher is a pharmacist with a passion to find, develop, and use technological tools to improve patient care throughout the healthcare system. His industry, technological, and leadership experiences throughout his career journey from the hospital, to managed care, to both major drug compendia providers, to a major pharmacy benefits manager and PBM software provider have all uniquely created a wide sense of understanding of the capabilities that pharmacy technology can contribute to enhanced patient care.
Julia Rollins, R.Ph.
Julia Rollins, R.Ph., is a consultant with Point-of-Care Partners (POCP) working primarily as an analyst on the Regulatory Resource Center team where she contributes and supports the development and maintenance of the RRC’s subscription solutions. Julia spent 18 years as a practicing Pharmacist in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was awarded several Customer Service Awards, Outstanding Training Awards and was even chosen to appear in a commercial for Eckerd which aired regionally enough times she was recognized everywhere she went. After working the retail side of pharmacy, she transitioned to the payer side where she wore many hats from managing accounts to contributing clinical support decision-making expertise to a claims adjudication platform. Julia spent six years as a member of NCPDP and is very knowledgeable of the standards and understands the necessity of staying abreast of the frequently changing healthcare regulatory requirements. Julia currently lives in Myrtle Beach, SC. When not working Julia enjoys the Beach, Biking, walking her fur-baby Rocky, and getting out on the water whenever possible!
Madison Bamberger
Madison Bamberger is an Account Manager on the POCP Regulatory Resource Team. She ensures the success of POCP's customer experience at every stage, from initial implementation and solution access to fostering strong and long-lasting partnerships. Madison showcases her leadership abilities through her continuous work to improve the delivery of our POCP services to our customers fueled by her passion for empowering healthcare professionals with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in their roles. Madison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University with a focus on risk management and insurance and a minor in statistics. Madison enjoys playing golf and attending Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles games in her free time.
Pooja Babbrah, MBA
Pooja Babbrah is Point-of-Care Partners’ Practice Lead for PBM Services. She specializes in product management, strategic planning and go-to-market strategies and execution. With more than 20 years’ experience in variety of health care services and health care IT companies, she brings a unique expertise to clients as she understands the perspectives of all stakeholders including PBMs, health plans, patients, physicians, ePrescribing, EHR vendors and hospitals/health systems. Pooja is a prior co-task group leader of the NCPDP Specialty ePrescribing task group, the biologic and biosimilar access and traceability task group and is currently co-workgroup leader of Workgroup 18 Specialty Pharmacy Workgroup.
