
Cailean Contini is an Account Manager at POCP, supporting the Life Sciences division. Cailean partners with pharmaceutical companies to demonstrate how Electronic Health Records (EHRs) can be aligned to brand goals, which allows sales teams to drive greater success across health systems. She drives strategic client initiatives and manages projects from strategy through delivery and manages an internal cross-functional team to create solutions that strengthen engagement at the moment of prescribing to allow healthcare providers to treat more relevant patients.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Georgetown University, she gained extensive experience in account management across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. She began her career working with provider offices to implement EHR solutions, such as e-prescribing. In that role, she focused on training, client support, and business development. She later transitioned to the pharmaceutical advertising industry, where she spent the majority of her career. Cailean worked alongside pharmaceutical clients to develop and execute omnichannel marketing initiatives for healthcare providers, including numerous digital projects, across a variety of therapeutic areas. Cailean served as a liaison between the Agency, clients, medical, sales and regulatory teams to ensure the tactics were compliant and impactful.
Cailean thrives on building strong client relationships and translating complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions. Known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client service, she is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the intersection of healthcare and technology to improve patient care and decrease gaps in care.
She resides in Putnam Valley, New York, with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Cailean serves on her daughter’s Parent-Teacher Association, enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends, trying new recipes or exploring new restaurants, and attending festivals and events to make lasting memories.
