Account Director
Caitlin Hahn is an Account Director at Point-of-Care Partners (POCP) working with our Payer, Provider and Technology (PP&T) group. Caitlin has over 7 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Caitlin joined Point-of-Care Partners working to continue to advance the ball with health care information exchange where she is focusing her efforts primarily in interoperability within Payer organizations.
Prior to joining POCP, she worked for MedeAnalytics as Director of Account Management, leading a team of Account Managers, Program Managers, and Analysts to drive increased value of health care data analytics products supporting Health Payers, IDNs, and Providers across Employer Reporting, Provider Analytics, and Value-Based Performance Management solutions. While at MedeAnalytics, Caitlin also worked as a business analyst supporting the State of Mississippi’s iTech project that included an analytics platform and Medicaid Provider Portal, a real time data exchange initiative between the Division of Medicaid and providers in the state. She also worked for the State of Mississippi on this specific project in 2014 while receiving her Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Caitlin lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with her husband, Paul and son, Mason. She has two dogs, a golden retriever Ella and a rescue border collie, Eddie Jackson. Her family enjoys Alabama football games (Roll Tide!) and the trips to the beach.
Caitlin holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management.
