Corinne Bogan

Corinne Bogan is a consultant with Point-of-Care Partners (POCP) and currently serves as a Project Manager for the Gravity Project, a collaborative initiative focused on the development of consensus-driven data standards to address the social determinants of health (SDOH). Corinne brings a range of comprehensive experiences in public health to the Gravity Project, having worked in policy settings, on research teams, within hospital systems, and in direct community health and engagement. She is passionate about reducing health disparities through the use of evidence-based, social determinants of health strategies to improve health outcomes for individuals and communities.

Prior to POCP, Corinne worked in social impact consulting, engaging with impact-oriented clients to advance their organizational programming, strategy, and growth initiatives. In this role she oversaw the administration of significant grant portfolios, and provided strategic guidance to nonprofit organizations, nascent family foundations, and start-up organizations looking to create innovative cross-sector solutions to complex social problems. She has spent over four years managing multi-stakeholder collaborations, overseeing diverse public health initiatives, and driving client engagement across the social impact sector. Corinne’s prior experience with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Center for Global Health and National Health Corps AmeriCorps allowed her to contribute to policy development and health education programming, reinforcing her commitment to addressing complex healthcare challenges through strategic solutions.

Corinne is based in Delaware, but enjoys traveling and, when she can, works from locations all over the world. She is an avid hiker, enjoys being in nature whenever possible, and is currently pursuing learning Spanish.

She holds a Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy & Management and a BA in Public Policy from the University of Delaware.
