George Fox is a consultant with Point-of-Care Partners (POCP) and a dynamic technology professional with extensive experience in health services, manufacturing, and consulting. With a strong background in interoperability, HL7/FHIR, and agile project management, George excels in guiding complex projects to successful completion. He has a proven track record of building cohesive, self-motivated teams and driving projects through all phases, from requirements capture to implementation.
George’s expertise includes software development, data governance, and quality assurance, ensuring seamless strategy and deployment. Before joining POCP, his leadership and technical skills were instrumental in various roles, including as a Senior Project Manager at FoxWerk and a consultant for the State of Washington.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Portland and has pursued further studies in International Relations at Waseda University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner.
George lives in San Jose, CA with his wife and an assortment of rescue pets. He enjoys kayaking, drumming, and crafting the perfect cappuccino.
