Alana DeCredico

Alana DeCredico is the People & Talent Lead at Point-of-Care Partners, bringing nearly 20 years of experience partnering with business leaders and supporting employees. Alana has built and continues to evolve the People & Talent function as the company grows. She works closely with the CEO and leadership team on talent strategy, employee development, compensation, performance management, and creating thoughtful, practical people programs that support both employees and the business. 

Before joining POCP, Alana held HR roles across the medical device, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, where she partnered with business leaders on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. 

Alana found her way into Human Resources somewhat serendipitously while pursuing a career in teaching, and what began as an unexpected opportunity turned into a career she’s loved ever since. A lifelong Northern California resident, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the coast, and escaping to the Tahoe Mountains whenever she can.
