Alana DeCredico

Alana DeCredico is a Human Resources professional with 14 years partnering with leadership teams in areas related to employee development and talent acquisition.  She leads the people and talent division at Point-of-Care Partners, focusing on building the HR operations and talent function including development of growth initiatives, talent attraction, total rewards, engagement and retention, and talent management. Prior to POCP, she was Human Resources Manager at a unique medical device company where she partnered with the Sales, Clinical, and R&D divisions, while also recruiting talent for those teams.  

Her career in Human Resources began by serendipity while otherwise pursuing a career in teaching and she’s enjoyed following the path ever since.  Alana lives in Northern California, where she spends time with her family and friends, frequenting the local coasts and the Tahoe mountains.
