Account Manager
Victoria Mendonca is an Account Manager with the Point-of-Care Partners (POCP) team supporting clients in Life Sciences. Prior to joining the POCP team, Victoria worked in the pharmaceutical drug development industry and has nearly 10 years of experience in Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, Research and Development, Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Strategic Development. Most recently, she held a role in Client Success at a SaaS organization supporting Life Sciences and Medical Device firms in leveraging a secure and regulatory-compliant virtual insights management platform with integrated AI capabilities.
Victoria enjoys simplifying complex or challenging projects for clients and has a passion for learning and mastering new things. With a keen eye for detail, grit, and a can-do attitude, she strives to deliver quality service with a smile. Victoria has made it her life mission to ensure that everyone she encounters (clients and patients, especially) feels heard, cared for, and supported.
Victoria holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of the Pacific, an MS in Management with an emphasis in Project Management from Walden University, and an MBA from Colorado Technical University.
She resides in Benicia, California (SF Bay Area) with her husband Philip, two children (Marina and Philip Jr), and Yorkshire terrier Kahlua. Victoria enjoys hosting gatherings for family and friends, playing tennis, golfing, and all things tech. In her spare time, she loves making family memories, cleaning and organizing, and spreading joy in the community.
